Adrigyl 10000 UI/ml Solution Buvable est un médicament prescrit pour le traitement ou la prévention de la carence en vitamine D. Présentation et administration d’Adrigyl 10000 UI/ml Solution Buvable Adrigyl 10000 UI/ml est proposé dans ce cas de figure en gouttes pour solution buvable dosées à 10 000 UI/ml, en flacon de 10 ml (soit environ 300 gouttes) avec compte-gouttes intégré. La posologie d’Adrigyl 10000 UI/ml Solution Buvable est en fonction de sa prescription : En prophylaxie (en prévention) : sa mise en œuvre est recommandée chez tous les nourrissons et les jeunes enfants, dans les conditions actuelles de vie en cas d’exposition insuffisante au soleil en raison de la faible teneur des aliments en vitamine D. Pour les prématurés : 3 à 4 gouttes par jour. De 0 à 24 mois : Avec du lait enrichi en vitamine D, de 2 à 3 gouttes par jour. Sans lait enrichi en vitamine D : 3 à 5 gouttes par jour. à peau pigmentée : 7 gouttes par jour. Enfant et adolescent : Sans pathologie digestive : 2 à 3 gouttes par jour. Avec une pathologie digestive : 2 à 6 gouttes par jour. Recevant des anticonvulsivants : 4 à 6 gouttes par jour. En traitement : 6 à 12 gouttes par jour pendant 4 à 6 mois ou 12 à 24 gouttes par jour pendant 1 à 2 mois, jusqu’au retour à la normale de la calcémie et de la phosphorémie, en surveillant la calciurie pour éviter un surdosage. Ne pas dépasser une dose totale de 600 000 UI/an. Adrigyl 10000 UI/ml et carence vitaminique chez l’enfant En prophylaxie : 3 gouttes par jour à partir du 6e ou 7e mois. Adrigyl 10000 UI/ml et carence vitaminique chez la femme enceinte En prophylaxie : 2 à 3 gouttes par jour. En traitement : 6 à 60 gouttes par jour jusqu’au retour à la normale de la calcémie et de la phosphorémie, en surveillant la calciurie pour éviter un surdosage.
